Objective

Wing Shack is a regional, fan favorite wing joint with 10 locations across Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming. Wing Shack employs a multi-channel marketing strategy and sending out regular text messages is a way for them to stay top of mind with their customer base. Heading into Small Business Saturday weekend, they wanted  to ensure that their brand stayed top of mind for shoppers looking to dine local. 

our method

 We coordinated with Wing Shack’s marketing team to send out a targeted text message blast with a promo code that was only advertised via this SMS campaign. We also coordinated with the Wing Shack team to make sure  the promo code only valid for one time use and would only be available for that weekend.

EMPIRE STATE PIZZA

Objective

Empire State Pizza is a local joint in Garden City Colorado that is known for their New York Style pies. The only thing bigger than their slices might be their value. In a world of $20 lunches, Empire State Pizza has kept their prices more than reasonable. So when we discovered that they were doing a lot more business via 3rd party, we wanted to make sure their guests knew to order direct when the pizza cravings start.  

our method

We devised a campaign to hit their full funnel with an invitation to order directly with Empire State Pizza. We settled on a 30% off promo code – about the same amount that 3rd party marketplaces like DoorDash and UberEats charge restaurants. After a couple of brand building and list scrubbing texts, we built a one day only promo code, made sure their team was ready, and and scheduled out a high value text.

our method

Upon understanding the unique requirements of this establishment, we devised a strategy that places Pete, the longstanding owner of Pizza Casbah, at the heart of our text-based marketing campaign. Our crafted advertisements position Pete in a way that allows him to engage directly with customers, showcasing his central role in the business and underscoring the value he places on his patrons and Pizza Casbah alike. By putting Pete front and center, we reminded his guests to support local and the results paid off.
